At any time, Theurgia University (IFIO LLC) may update these terms to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices, such as when we add new features, Theurgia University (IFIO LLC) reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify these conditions. If we make a material change to these terms, we will notify you by using such means as e-mail sent to the e-mail address specified in your account or by posting a notice through our services. In the case or material or product is associated to the course and should be send by mail, we are not responsible for the loss of such package and letter after sending. We will try to find with you the best way possible to find a solution for such event in the case it happens, but we do not have the obligation to resend the package or mail on our expenses.

As student and/or member you agree to pay the fees relates to the online teachings you subscribe for, either for a specific duration or a renewable annual fee.
If your credit card is declined, you agree to pay us the fees within thirty (30) days of our notification and pay (at our discretion) a late payment fee.

All payments should be made following the directions given by the secretary and/or indicate on this website. As student/member, you are aware that your payment is not refundable from the moment you access the online material. The system records your access and will be used to prove that you accessed and used the online product, no matter the number of hours and days.

We allow students 48-hour refunds for courses purchased on this website (www.aurumsolis.us). This reimbursement is only possible if the student has not had access to the course and if there is no physical mailing of any physical item related to the same course. To request a refund, please contact us (See below). Please note that if we believe that you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and to refuse or restrict any current or future use of the Services without any liability to you.

Any complaint to Paypal or Credit Card service, after the access of the online courses will be rejected, as these companies have received these "Terms of Service" and are aware that any student has to agree to these terms before to pay and access the teachings.

7- Limitation of Liability

We, nor all our subsidiaries, companies, licensors, suppliers, advertisers, or sponsors, or our directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents or other representatives are directly or indirectly responsible for any incidental or other damages (including without limitation damages for loss of business, loss of data, or loss of profits) under a contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, relating to the services and/or materials, including any materials available through a third-party platform, any related website or any code, product or service purchased, accessible through the services or any third party platform.

We periodically expect the system's downtime for maintenance and other purposes. In addition, unplanned system failures may occur. 10- Agreement on Arbitration and Collective Bargaining

We guarantee that every transaction you make at will be 100% safe because we use the highest levels of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) available. This ensures that all information you send to us via the World Wide Web will be encrypted.
Theurgia (IFIO LLC) does not sell or give away your personal information, including your email address, to anyone for any purpose.
We do not collect email address from other sources. If you are receiving our newsletters it is because you have ordered from us or joined our mailing list.
We will never ask you to email us your credit card information. We will call and speak with you directly for any sensitive information. NEVER send it to us via email!
All of our PCs are protected by respected commercial anti-virus programs that are automatically updated on a regular schedule. Additionally, virus scans of every file on our system are performed weekly and every incoming and outgoing is scanned for viruses as well.

14- Typographical Errors

In the event that a Theurgia (IFIO LLC) product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Theurgia (IFIO LLC) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Theurgia (IFIO LLC) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Theurgia (IFIO LLC) shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

15- Problems with check out

What is a billing address? The billing address is the address on file with your bank where they send you your credit card statement. This address must match the address in the merchant services system for your credit card or your card will be declined. This is a system that was put in place for fraud prevention, and we cannot disable it.

Occasionally a credit card will be declined despite a correct billing address being entered. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. This is determined by the banks and merchant services. Sometimes billing addresses are not properly updated in their systems, despite a customer calling their bank and updating the billing address. When this happens, a pending charge will show up in your account. This charge will drop off typically in 2-3 business days, but occasionally it takes longer. We are very sorry about this, and again, have no control over this issue.

If your card has been declined and you know that you have funds available, and you have verified that the billing address for your credit card is the same as the address that you entered in the shopping cart for “billing address,” we suggest that you contact us for assistance. We can proceed the credit card payment directly from our office or send you a link to PayPal invoice which allows for you to pay for your order with your credit card. You do not have to have a PayPal account to do this. You may also utilize PayPal yourself through our check out system if you would prefer.

Please do not resubmit your information online as it may result in additional charges to show up as pending in your account.

For international customers: Often international billing addresses are not accepted in the address verification system of merchant services. If your card is declined, please contact us for assistance. We can proceed the credit card payment directly from our office or send you a link to PayPal invoice which allows for you to pay for your order with your credit card. You do not have to have a PayPal account to do this. You may also utilize PayPal yourself through our check out system if you would prefer.

16- Processing time

We often ship in the next five opening days. Keep in mind that our services are open on weekdays and exclude the holidays. Vacations can slow down the process of answering your email or sending the orders. These periods are indicated during the checkout and/or the website.
We do not guarantee shipping times. We make every effort to ship Priority orders in the next two days that the order is placed unless a vacation alert has been notified.
UPS does offer a guarantee once an order has left us for 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipments, barring any weather or circumstantial exceptions. USPS does offer some Express-mail guarantees.
Please remember that the US Post Office does not deliver on Sundays.
International orders will process and ship within the same time frame as US domestic orders.

17- International Orders

We are happy to ship anywhere in the world.

Place your order on-line (use an 'x' for any line that does not apply to your address). Keep in mind that some countries may charge you a separate 'duty' charge after you receive your goods. The rate depends on the country. We are not responsible for duty or broker fees charged by your country or postal service. If we cannot ship via Global Priority we will email you your shipping options before processing your order.

18- Shipping Charges

Shipping charges can be seen directly in our shopping cart. Simply enter you zip code or country and choose your shipping type. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returned orders if the product is eligible.

19- Returns or cancellations:

We will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our products to help you with your selection if you are unfamiliar with our products.
We have a two days cancellation of your order, unless it has been already sent. In this case no cancellation of your order can be done, and it becomes not refundable.
If your items were damaged, please let us know immediately so we can address the problem. Please note, that if the products are damaged after being sent by us, we are not responsible, and you should contact the postal company for any complaint. We recommend always to communicate with us about any issue. (See the communication section for the information).
